Role Description
Responsibilities
- Execute core sales activities, including selling software renewals and warranties, to maintain and grow recurring revenue streams.
- Proactively identify and leverage strategic opportunities to upsell customers on additional products and services that align with their business goals.
- Serve as the primary global customer advocate, building high-level relationships with stakeholders to drive satisfaction, adoption, and lifelong loyalty.
- Educate and support a global network of OEMs and Resellers on new subscription programs and service offerings.
- Analyze account‑specific statistics, usage metrics, and industry best practices to maximize potential ARR and mitigate churn risks.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Inside Sales within a technical or SaaS environment.
