• Operate customs & trade and logistics processes for the CARICAM cluster, ensuring timely and compliant operations.
• Manage daily contact with customs brokers and transportation suppliers, coordinating truck positioning and ensuring correct import of all materials.
• Guarantee operational continuity for all CARICAM imports, meeting lead times and ensuring product arrival on schedule for designated plants.
• Deliver service and fill‑rate standards by coordinating export alternatives and monitoring scorecards for finished goods to LATAM.
