Role Description

We are seeking a skilled CX Product Owner to lead the development and execution of digital products that enhance customer experience across the enterprise. This role serves as the critical link between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring that product backlogs reflect strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the vision for the D2C digital product, encompassing e‑commerce, service delivery, and customer engagement capabilities.
