Cycle Count Supervisor

Summary Supervisor responsible for the veracity of inventory, execution of cyclical counts, as well as the planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory. Key Responsibilities Actively participates and develops projects aimed at reducing operating expenses in inventory management and administration (Kaizen) Review and coordinate operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity. Secures and monitors system transactions – data integrity. Coordinate and execute, together with the Warehouseman in charge, the program of cyclical counts (daily, weekly and monthly) in accordance with the ABC methodology. Promote follow‑up of working process activities, cut audits, set up scrap, manual scrap, Kanban. Record and reconcile all inventory movements in the ERP system (receipts, exits, transfers, adjustments).
