Data Capture Supervisor

SWBC is seeking a talented individual who will supervise the staff and activities involved with entering and updating client insurance coverage information into computer systems.

In this role, you will gain a wealth of knowledge around several areas within Lender Placed Operations. Your knowledge and experience will assist in improving processes and bridging knowledge gaps.

• Supervises the staff and activities of the data Entry team to include prioritizing, scheduling and monitoring the daily workflow, and process changes to ensure timely and accurate data input.
• Assists in interviewing and hiring new employees, completing and conducting employee performance appraisals, and approving vacation and sick time requests.
