Role Description
Lead the Before and After School Daycare at Kateri School, ensuring engaging activities and safety for children. Flexible hours available Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
This role requires managing school-aged children in a fun and nurturing environment. Kateri School is looking for a dedicated Daycare Team Lead who has excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. A valid First Aid and CPR certification is required, along with experience in childcare and a background in Early Childhood Education or Child & Youth Care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee before and after school daycare activities
• Ensure safety and engagement for all children
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff
• Assist with lunchtime supervision or classroom support
