Deal Advisory – Assistant Manager

Role Description
The Assistant Manager role is focused on supporting the execution of financial due diligence assignments and contributing across multiple stages of the transaction process. The successful candidate will work closely with managers and directors on live engagements, helping to prepare key analysis, identify issues and ensure work is delivered to a high standard in a fast-paced advisory environment.
Key responsibilities:
+ Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements for corporate, private equity and lender clients across a range of sectors;
+ Prepare analysis on earnings, working capital, cash flow, net debt and other transaction-related financial matters;
+ Assist in identifying key deal issues, risks and value drivers through detailed financial review and interaction with management teams;
