ADP is seeking a bilingual Deal Desk Analyst to support the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. The role focuses on early‑stage client success by guiding post‑sale onboarding, facilitating smooth transitions to ADP, and partnering with sales and service teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely deal execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for post‑sale onboarding for clients, sales, and service teams.
• Conduct onboarding activities, ensuring client data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to expedite deal execution and prioritize deals.
• Lead new client orientation meetings, both virtually and in person.
• Structure MAS/NAS deals in CRM, analyze client requirements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
