Profile

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree, Graduate Degree preferred, in an appropriate specialization, and a minimum of six (6) years of pertinent experience, preferably in the CEGEP network.
• Pedagogical Management experience preferred.
• Teaching Experience preferred, ideally at the CEGEP level.
• Hierarchical supervisory experience an asset.
• Must be highly organized and have strong teamwork skills.
• Must have very strong time management skills.
• Ability to resolve problems of a complex nature.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, written and oral, in both English and French (to be tested).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word (to be tested).
