- Ticket backlog tracking.
- Activity scheduling through the Change Advisory Board.
- Leadership, administration, and staff coordination.
- Conducting client presentations, generating KPIs, and monitoring infrastructure and information technology projects.
- Leadership in the equipment and accessories warehouses.
- Focus of activities is primarily data analysis and reporting.
