Delivery Driver

Job Description

SWDS Drivers are responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin‑Williams stores using Company vans or pickup trucks. Drivers ensure deliveries are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct customer, and are accountable for customer satisfaction and for transporting items in a safe, timely manner.

Location: Store #8864, 500 FRONT ST W, TORONTO, ON M5V 1B8.

Responsibilities

• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Load customer orders properly on the truck.
• Ensure appropriate forms are completed.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Maintain the store vehicle and alert the supervisor to repair and servicing needs.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from customers.
