Typical Day

• Perform various management activities within the department
• Define objectives, communicate expectations, provide feedback and coach the team for continuous improvement
• Manage purchases, inventories, price lists, marketing, salary productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness
• Apply and respect the budgets related to the department
