Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Solutions Deployment (SD) scope on a given CBTC Signalling Project.
- Organize the logic of SD work with the SD Team Leaders, the SMO, and the Project team.
- Reconciles bottom-up SD planning inputs from Team Leaders to top-down planning requirements from Project Manager.
- Defines the project work with the Team Leaders including setting of priorities for review of work by others.
