Job Description :

Providing Services to Customers

1. Providing good service and friendliness to customer, act hospitality and give greetings.
2. Knowing and understanding of product knowledge to provide excellent customer service
3. Serving customers give quick response like simple greeting, and provide solutions / problem solving about the product if the Customer has difficulty or ask questions
4. Offering add on products to customers to increase sales
5. Keep updating with the latest promotion & campaign from HQ, and communicate accordingly to customers

Commercial Control

1. Controlling store sales achievement (both furniture & accesories)
2. Arrange aging goods, slow and fast moving goods to maximize sales
3. Ensuring and checking merchandise quantity / inventory as target
