• Bachelor of Engineering
• 15+ experience in IT Operations, Support
• Telecom BSS Background is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Fixednet Stack Architecture
• AWS certified Solution Architect
• ITIL certified
• Expertise technical and functional knowledge of Vodafone Germany fixednet architecture supported applications and flows 
• Expertise technical and functional knowledge of TIKL applications like KBA, KSC, VFP WS, WITA, WBCI, WHS, Selectica, PKAT, BKS, COM , CCM, ASAP, Power Changer
