Deputy Head of Mission for Programs (based in Bogotá) – 12 months Fixed‑term contract ending 6/15/2026.

Key responsibilities:

• Program implementation and oversight, ensuring progress in accordance with PUI charter and internal technical guidelines; follow up on program achievements at mission level and challenge bases on quality improvement.
• Development and strategy: lead needs and gaps analysis, propose new operations in direct coordination with Field and Technical Coordinators, and drive donor mapping for fundraising strategy.
• Human resources: manage the Technical Coordination Team and support Field Coordinators and Deputy Field Coordinators.
• Representation: act on behalf of the Head of Mission to coordinate PUI’s representation at the national level among partners, donors and authorities; participate in technical forums.
