Role Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R&D team in industrial and product design, driving innovation and developing high‑quality, market‑responsive products.
- Oversee the design process to ensure excellence in form, proportion, and aesthetics; apply CMF expertise for visual appeal and market relevance.
- Conduct structural research and experiments to enhance functionality and performance; develop and test prototypes with strong hands‑on skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and engineering to align product development with company goals; mentor the R&D team to foster innovation.
- Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English for clear collaboration and reporting with international teams.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or product design (office furniture design preferred); strong ability to assess product form, proportion, and aesthetics.
