Role Description
Enhance project financial operations as a Financial Administrator based in Edmonton, London. This role is designed for detail-oriented candidates to support payroll and financial administration.
You will directly support the Project Accountant by managing payroll processes, accounts payable, and receivable linked to project administration. Your full-time position will be onsite with set working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract with a focus on detail and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and compile payroll timesheets for onsite actions
• Create site requests and manage purchase orders
• Record expenditure and assist with invoicing matters
• Organize necessary site documentation and general admin
