DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES WORKER TRAINEE

The Development Services Worker Trainee works alongside permanent Direct Support Facilitators (DSF), Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and Team Leads to learn about the Developmental Service Worker (DSW) profession while supporting the team to implement Person Centered Programs in accordance with each person’s individual needs and goals.
