General Summary: Seeking motivated engineer with strong background in semiconductor device physics to aid in the development of semiconductor device models targeting RF Front End applications. An ideal candidate will help design, characterize and analyze semiconductor devices and work to create, modify and integrate device level models into an integrated circuit design environment. Close and cross-functional collaboration with multiple engineering teams will help to drive technological advancements in analog, digital and RF circuit designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and perform characterizations of semiconductor devices (IV, CV, small and large signal etc.).


• Analyze large data sets and summarize findings of semiconductor devices.
