ResponsibilitiesDomain expertise & content authoring: Act as subject matter expert for assigned Digital Dexterity topics (e.G., Office 365 & Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform — Power Automate/Power BI, Miro, Smartsheet, AI tools/LLMs).
Produce accurate, step‐by‐step guides, templates, checklists, sample automations and task‐based tutorials for business users.Prompt & AI artifacts: Create and maintain a library of validated prompts, example prompts, guardrails and short demonstration flows for everyday AI (including LLM prompting patterns, safety/ethics notes and practical use cases).
Hands‐on learning experiences: Design and build practical labs, walkthroughs and sandboxes (tool templates, sample datasets, reproducible automations) that let learners practice real tasks and measure competence.SME knowledge translation: Work with technical SMEs to capture tacit knowledge and convert it into clear learning content and performance support that non‐technical audiences can adopt.<...
