Demonstrates expert proficiency in creating targeted email campaigns, including audience segmentation, form creation, quality assurance, and execution within Microsoft Dynamics. Ensures campaigns are accurately configured, tested, and delivered to maximize engagement and effectiveness. Familiarity with website content management tool (Adobe Experience Manager) to guide the creation and updating of web pages. Ensures all content aligns with branding standards and undergoes thorough quality assurance to maintain a consistent and professional online presence. Familiarity with Canada French regulations and translation requirements. Familiarity with a variety of analytics, research, and reporting platforms such as Looker Studio for website performance reporting and Demandbase for Account-Based Marketing (company) insights.
