Responsibilities
Resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles, manage day-to-day operations, product, and end-user communication, understand and trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with the understanding of Service Levels, automation and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
