The Global Talent Co. is looking for a Director of Digital Experience & Performance on behalf of a premium health & wellness brand with a growing DTC ecommerce presence. They sell globally and are building their direct channel into a significant, profitable growth engine — backed by strong brand equity and an engaged customer base.

This role goes beyond managing an ecommerce storefront. You will own the entire digital growth engine — acquisition, onsite experience, conversion, lifecycle, retention, and unit economics — ensuring growth is incremental, scalable, and profitable.
