Job Overview

Position: Digital Product Owner, Personalization at Fidelity. Working on a flexible hybrid schedule. Primary location: 483 Bay Street, Toronto (until late 2026) with transition to 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Requires current work authorization for Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of FIC’s personalization and experimentation strategy and roadmap using Adobe Target or similar personalization technologies.
  • Advance personalization, automation, and delivery of digital‑first experiences.
  • Shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of technologies and journeys that power customer‑centric marketing/offers.
  • Continuously improve MarTech capabilities by deploying solutions that enhance the customer experience and grow business across all digital channels.
