Role Description
Digital Sales Account Manager
Hybrid role – average 2 days per week from an HPE office in Mississauga. Supports accounts in British Columbia and may require occasional work on PST.
Responsibilities
- Manages assigned or acquired accounts virtually by phone, electronically or social media.
- Builds, maintains and forecasts a sales pipeline, and creates and develops account plans.
- Works closely with outside sales, channel partners and/or end customers to move sales opportunities to closure.
- Generates and qualifies new leads to create fresh sales opportunities.
- Sets and executes a sales strategy for assigned portions of accounts, territories, or industry verticals.
- Sells standard solutions for assigned accounts based on defined account strategies and plans; may partner with field sales or sell independently.
- Develops account plans for low-to-medium complexity accounts.
