We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Jr Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes. This role will lead technology delivery and operations for regulated digital banking platforms, serving as a key liaison between technology, business, and compliance stakeholders. A Day in the Life: Serve as the main liaison between product, technology, compliance, and business teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication. Oversee daily operations of digital banking technology systems, ensuring performance, availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
