Direct Support Worker (Part-Time)

Position Purpose Summary

Crossroads Residential Services is dedicated to providing a safe, stable and positive residential setting for men in crisis, respecting cultural and religious diversity. Residential Worker B will support individuals struggling with homelessness in Saskatoon.

Accountabilities

• Reporting directly to Residential Services Supervisor
• Provide support to residents.
• Strictly follow program policies and procedures.
• Be aware of all residents and their activities, prepare shift exchange and care for residents’ needs
• Document business requirements, process and report as needed.
• Document daily activities of residents in log book
• Fill out incident reports as necessary
