The DTL – Training role sits within Mid‑Market underwriting and is accountable for building scalable, consistent underwriting capability through structured training cohorts and onboarding. It leads cohort execution by setting expectations, coordinating the learning path, and ensuring trainees can perform in the Mid‑Market environment as the operating model evolves.
The role helps shift the program away from heavy reliance on ad‑hoc SME facilitation toward repeatable delivery and sustainable development practices.
