Director, Business Portfolio and Delivery Management

What is the opportunity?

Lead strategic planning and delivery of multiple complex programs across RBC Investor Services with direct accountability for portfolio performance, business outcomes, and organizational alignment. You will manage the full delivery lifecycle—from planning and resource optimization through execution and value realization—ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value to clients while managing interdependencies and maintaining governance discipline.

What will you do?

• Manage delivery end-to-end: establish delivery strategy, execution frameworks, and resource allocation models; track performance and proactively mitigate cross-program risks and dependencies.
