Overview

The Real Estate Financing team operates within BMO’s Canadian Commercial Banking division and supports privately held companies engaged in real estate construction and development. The team is accountable for driving revenue growth, managing and monitoring loan portfolios, meeting credit requirements, and supporting cross selling across our broader business. We assess financing opportunities ranging from $10,000,000 to over $1,000,000,000.

Job Overview

The Director manages a commercial lending portfolio and supports the origination of new clients, and coordinates with other products as an integral part of a larger coverage team that maintains strong client relationships. The Director facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank through significant business development and excellent management of key client relationships by cross selling other products (e.g., derivatives, cash management & corporate cards, subordinated debt and equity, leasing, ...
