Mission

Oversees category, assortment, and supplier management direction across categories in a division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Economics; Master’s degree highly desirable

8+ years of progressive experience in category management, sourcing, and vendor negotiations, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles

• Assess and define “to be” category roles based on performance and strategic relevance
• Make any necessary adjustments to the tool (data sources, visualizations, KPIs, etc.)
• Develop data-driven category insights to understand performance and inform strategies
