The RM Senior Manager is responsible for management of bankers and multiple aspects of sales within the function. They lead an existing team of relationship managers and manage integrated sales and relationship programs for commercial clients, driving client‑centric solutions to differentiate Citi in the marketplace and achieve substantial growth targets for the business. The role may also involve managing plans, budgets and financial controls to meet strategic objectives and ensure critical scorecard metrics are achieved in partnership with other Citi businesses, independent risk, business risk, compliance, product specialists, relationship managers and other relevant groups.
