Role Description
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a talented highly collaborative leader with a service-oriented mindset to join our Global HR team as HR Director. In this exciting new opportunity, you will report to the Head of HR Global Functions and provide support to Global Functions while overseeing Global HR Operations for Canada. Your focus will be to support the execution of Couche‑Tard strategies and ensure human resource management aligns with corporate policies, employee relations, development guidelines and Couche‑Tard values. As a key member of the Global HR team, you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, including Corporate Finance and Legal leadership, and play a critical role in implementing global, regional and local HR initiatives.
