Role Summary

Across Medical Affairs, Pfizer Medical colleagues engage with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to generate insights that inform medical strategy, evidence generation, and execution. The Director, Medical Insights plays a key role in advancing Pfizer’s Medical Insights capabilities by helping shape, implement, and continuously improve Medical Insights processes across Medical Affairs and the broader enterprise. The role serves as a subject matter expert for Medical Insights , partnering closely with Medical Engagement & Impact (MEI), US Medical Affairs, Digital & Technology, Medical Systems , and other stakeholders to enable consistent, high‑quality insight generation, synthesis, and application.
