Role Description
Our client, a beautiful and first class resort property in Canada requires the services of an outstanding Director Conference Services and Events for their very well known luxury property.
The ideal candidate’s responsibilities are to ensure that Conference Services are delivered at the highest of standards and Resort goals. This position would have a number of key individuals reporting to them.
The responsibilities of the Director will be to lead the Conference Services and events department of the resort and be able to manage and execute short and long term planning based on budgeted sales and profits and exceed these if possible.
He/she must be an excellent leader who will be able to train and supervise the team and build long-term customer relationships which will enable achievement of sales objectives.
