We are looking for a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead high-impact technology initiatives within a fast-paced fintech/financial environment.

This role requires a strong balance between technical depth, people leadership, execution, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will remain actively involved in technical decisions and architecture while leading multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, design, and data.

Key Requirements:

• +10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture
