Director of Food & Beverage Operations

This destination sports and entertainment venue hosts various events, including professional sports games, concerts, and special events. Its commitment is to provide exceptional experiences for all its guests, customers, and patrons, and its food and beverage offerings are a key part of that mission. In this role, you will oversee all food and beverage services and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, maximizing revenue, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. With multiple venues, concessions, events, and catering services, this complex role has a large, unionized workforce and a diverse and engaged leadership team. You will coordinate with vendors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. We seek a dynamic senior leader with corporate experience who can rally and orchestrate large teams in large-scale food and beverage operations, ideally in sports and events venues.
