In this hybrid position, Banyan is expanding its Toronto Legal team to fulfill a growing need in M&A. The Director, Legal will take ownership of deal execution, advising on due diligence, purchase agreements, and operational legal needs for various portfolio companies. Your role will transition into a leadership position as you develop a deep understanding of the legal landscape in technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee due diligence processes for acquisitions
• Negotiate key purchase agreements and deal documentation
