Role Description
Oversee member engagement and communication strategies as the Director of Membership & Engagement, reporting to the Executive Director. Drive recruitment and support retention initiatives.
This full-time, temporary position requires collaboration with two Senior Project Coordinators and cross-functional teams to enhance member services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting members, facilitating community communications, and contributing to the success of CTS events and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance overall member experience
• Lead membership recruitment, retention, and acknowledgment efforts
• Facilitate communications within committees and the respiratory community
• Manage the membership database effectively
