Role Description

The Director of Operations will join our executive leadership team at YPFP’s new Global Branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the Operations team, managing branch operations, and recruiting volunteers while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The position also involves:

  • Handling financial requests and budget management.

  • Responsible for submitting financial requests to the HQ Fellowship team.

  • Establishing and meeting KPIs tied to branch operations.

  • Ensuring branch compliance with local and organization-wide policies.

  • Representing YPFP Global Branch externally at careers fairs, networking events, and

    • similar events.

  • Reporting all branch operations-related activities expenses to the Branch leadership

  • and the HQ Membership and Operations Fellow.
