Operational Leadership
Lead daily operations across CNC machining, fabrication/welding, metrology, assembly, production planning, procurement, engineering, maintenance, warehousing, and distribution.Ensure delivery, quality, cost, and safety performance meets and exceeds expectations.Implement structured operational systems, KPIs, and shop‑floor accountability.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop short‑ and long‑range operational strategies aligned with corporate and financial objectives.Lead capacity planning, operational scaling, and productivity initiatives.Support global sourcing programs and supplier cost‑reduction initiatives.
