Director of Operations

Job duties:

• Strategize and manage the end-to-end operational logistics of a courier/package delivery company.
• Supervise fleet logistics, ensuring all vehicles are dispatched efficiently and maintained to high standards.
• Administer financial resources, overseeing departmental budgets and strategic asset procurement.
• Analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in scheduling and corporate policy.
• Lead talent acquisition and coordinate comprehensive professional development programs for staff.
• Responsible for people and team leadership, customer and client management, compliance and risk management, vendor and partner management, and policy-making.
