Key Responsibilities:
• Source and prioritize merger, acquisition, and investment opportunities
• Build comprehensive financial models and strategic business cases
• Lead negotiation and closing processes for strategic deals
• Identify partnership opportunities across technological sectors
• Support the executive team with strategic growth advice
