Role Description
Lead the College of Pharmacists of BC as the Director of Policy, Standards and Practice. This permanent full-time role focuses on regulation, public policy, and partner engagement, based in Vancouver.
As a critical leader reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will oversee the strategic and operational priorities of CPBC’s Policy, Standards and Practice department. This involves managing a multidisciplinary team, developing regulatory frameworks, and ensuring compliance for pharmacy operations. Candidates must have a graduate degree in a policy-related field and a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles related to policy development and regulatory decision-making.
