Role Description

Yoh has an immediate, 6‑month contract, possibility for extension opportunity, as a Director, Revenue Pipeline & Growth within the B2B Software / SaaS (Enterprise Technology) industry to join our client, Hybrid, to report to their office in Toronto, ON.

  • Pay Rate: $82-96/hr. (max hourly rate)
  • Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday OT as necessary
  • Experience: 12+ years experience of marketing for B2B SaaS companies

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own and deliver against pipeline targets, with full accountability for performance and revenue outcomes
  • Lead pipeline forecasting and performance management, including tracking vs plan and driving recovery strategies
  • Optimize the full funnel: pipeline to opportunity to closed revenue, including conversion rates and deal velocity
  • Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Product Marketing to align pipeline goals and performance
