As Dispatch Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of drivers as you optimize transportation planning and logistics, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of customer loads to destinations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Leadership and General Management
- Provide leadership and oversee the drivers/leased operators in carrying out their responsibilities. Instill and maintain a positive, motivated work environment.
- Plan, schedule and dispatch drivers as arranged with customers. Collaborate and maintain positive working relationships with both drivers and customers.
