Role Description
As a Dispute Resolution Analyst for North America Direct Customer Operations, you are in charge of working alongside stakeholders (Collections, Customer Ops, Logistics, Customer Master, B2B team, etc) to investigate, and take corrective actions towards invoices that have been disputed by the customer.
You are responsible to ensure team workload distribution, represent the team and organization in multiple projects, and are accountable towards team goals and execution.
You are responsible for gathering input from other dispute resolution analysts to provide key information to stakeholders such as collections and finance.

- Manages a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics management, and import/export operations typically with a large or complex global business unit.
