About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is proud to partner with a global third‑party logistics organization to hire a Distribution Center Manager for one of its largest and most strategic sites in Mississauga.
This is a high‑impact leadership role overseeing a 150‑employee, unionized distribution centre serving complex, high‑profile clients in telecommunications, healthcare, and manufacturing. You will lead a team of Operations Managers and functional leaders, drive performance across a partially automated environment, and play a key role in labour relations, financial oversight, and client experience. This is a site where leadership presence matters and where your ability to balance operational excellence with employee engagement will directly influence long‑term success.
