With a background in supervisory roles spanning over two years, you will cultivate a collaborative culture among your diverse associates, empowering them through effective training and mentorship. You'll also adapt to production fluctuations and address obstacles to maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct daily operations within the assigned area
• Foster teamwork and strong relationships across shifts
• Execute production plans while handling seasonal changes
• Identify and mitigate departmental workflow issues
• Guide and train team members on core activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity
